Excellent Customer Service and Quality of Work.
Our vehicle was temporarily repaired in Raleigh, NC in order for us to continue on our trip to Holmes Beach, FL. While on the side of the road waiting for the tow truck, Blake Farley of Haddock at Raleigh, took care of setting us up for temporary repairs. He even stayed after work to meet us as we arrived after work hours with a tow truck and our van. Then, Ken Horton took over at Haddock and did an outstanding job of providing excellent service. He personally, on his day off (Saturday) picked up the parts from Toyota needed to make the final temporary repairs at the suspension shop. He did this on the day of a large ice storm in Raleigh so we could get back on the road as fast as possible. He stayed in constant contact with us, keeping us up to date on the progress of all the repairs, so we could plan our stay in town accordingly. A great big thank you goes out to everyone involved (Enterprise, Suspension Solutions, Haddock Collision) for their gracious help to us in our time of need. The temporary repairs got us back to Holmes Beach without incident, for which we are also truly grateful.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Haddock Collision. I had hit a deer with my 2002 GS 300 Lexus and next thing you know my car was at Haddock. The level of customer service was outstanding. The team leader thoroughly explained the process to me and even connected me to the nationwide online e-mail alerts so I could check on the progress of the repairs. That was awesome. I was able to send it to my parents in VA and they were amazed at the before and after pictures. I had an excellent experience at your shop, have not had any problems since picking up my car and would recommend Haddock Collision in Fuquay to anyone.

I just wanted to thank you for some of the details you worked out for me as far what was covered under my insurance policy. I think the policy called for a paid 2-wheel alignment, but after Haddock made some adjustments, my insurance company was able to cover a 4-wheel alignment that saved me $65. You guys are wonderful at what you do. Every time I have had an accident I have gone to Haddock for repairs and those guys never let me down. My VW Jetta came out looking just as good as when I first purchased off the lot. You guys get a 9.5 out of 10 for my rating. Thanks again and keep up the fantastic work.

I wanted to shoot you a quick line to let you know how pleased I was with the service I received from Haddock Auto Body. Right after switching insurance companies, I had a deer hit my car. I was scheduled to have it looked at by another body shop, but unfortunately wasn’t able to be seen in a timely fashion. I called Haddock and they had me in the same day, kept the car and had the repairs done in one week. I was very pleased with the outcome. They kept me well informed as to the repairs needed and provided a timeline for completion. The contact at Haddock provided regular updates as to my car’s progress. I wanted to take the time to say thanks for the service I received at Haddock Auto Body—Fuquay. I took my 2002 Acura in for repair on February 28th. The receptionist was very courteous in the initial drop of my car. The team leader assigned to my vehicle made several calls to me to keep me updated on the status until it was ready on March 11. I was very pleased with the work done and wanted to say thanks to the staff!

They were so kind to me, and kept me informed the entire time they had my car to let me know the status of the repairs, and they actually got through with it before they promised. The team leader actually stayed at the repair shop after the shop closed because I was tied up in traffic and was late getting there to pick up my car. I cannot say enough about how nice the people were at Haddock. I will always use them as my auto body repair should I need this service again.
