If you are not 100 percent satisfied with the quality of your repair, we will do everything possible so you can drive home happy. Furthermore, Haddock will guarantee all your repairs for as long as you own your car.
Lifetime Warranty for Body Repair Work
The body repair work on your vehicle will be free from all defects in workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle.
Paint Warranty
The paint used to repair your vehicle will be free from all defects for as long as you own your vehicle. Haddock Collision hereby expressly disclaims any and all other warranties, either express or implied, with respect to all paint used for body repair work.
Parts Warranty of Manufacturer
The only warranties on parts, if any, used by Haddock Collision are those offered by the manufacturer of the parts. Haddock Collision hereby expressly disclaims all parts warranties, either express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Customer shall not be entitled to recover from Haddock Collision any consequential damages, damages to property, or any other damages or any kind related to parts used or installed by Haddock Collision.
General Provisions and Limitations Applicable to All Above Warranties
The warranty covers only the original customer/owner of the vehicle and cannot be transferred to subsequent owners of the vehicle. To obtain warranty service, return the vehicle repaired at Haddock Collision during normal business hours. If there is a defect in workmanship or paint during the applicable warranty period, we will repair or replace, at our option, the defect or paint without charge. This warranty will be void if the body repair work is modified, altered, abused, unreasonably used, or damaged by accident, negligence or misuse. This warranty excludes expenses incurred transporting the vehicle to or from Haddock Collision, compensations for inconvenience or loss of use during the performance of the warranty work, the cost of a rental car, reimbursement for time away from work, loss of income, towing charges, or other consequential or incidental damages.
Note to Customers
Your insurance company may provide warranties for repair work with terms and conditions that differ from those provided herein. It is the responsibility of each customer to determine whether your insurance policy provides for additional warranty items.
